Is there a website that will tell me what upgrades are available on Forza 2 cars?

I want to see what Hp i can upgrade cars to, without actually having to buy the car. I have looked all over, and i can't find this info online.

Hopefully, armed with this knowledge I will be able to make informed decisions before i buy a car in Forza 2.

I broke my ignition key in half for my '93 Cutlass Supreme. I can't seem to find any info online, maybe I just don't know how to use the computer. How do I get a new key and about how much do YOU think it will cost me?
