I understand that this hotel is a well known establishment for water sports activities. Does anyone knows any info in refernce to this question?

If you mean the Bitter End Yacht Club on Virgin Gorda in the BVI, I've been to Gorda several times including there. It depends on what water sports you are interested in. Since it is in the North Sound, it's good for kayaking and, if there is not too much wind from the northwest, OK for windsurfing. The sound is not all that big and I have never seen waterskiing or wakeboarding there, so if you are into that you may be disappointed. The snorkelling is not particularly interesting in the Sound itself, but you can do it in the outer beaches. I feel there is better diving and swimming at the south end of the Island and better snorkelling and scuba on the East side. I prefer the beaches at the south end -- they are bigger and nicer than in the North Sound, especially Little Trunk and Valley Trunk, away from the crowds at The Baths. If your family prefers the resort style isolation and services of a self-contained club, maybe you would like Bitter End. But personally, I prefer the variety of the south end of the island. When we go we rent the Boulder House villa from the Hunter Homes.
The BVI are more laid back and not quite as commercialized as other islands in the Caribbean. It's more a place for natural and easy going activities, like kayaking, snorkelling, hiking, sailing and scuba. It is not ideal if you crave jet skis and water skiing and other motorized sports. Also, there is only rarely enough wave action for surfing. We were there last February and it was unusually windy so we saw surfers but that was the first time I had seen them in the 30 years I have been going down there.
I hope this gives you some useful information.
ADDED LATER: I hope you realize that costs to rent a cottage at the Bitter End run from $6,000 to $10,000 per week. For less than $2,000 you could rent one of the Hunter Homes villas, one is a 2 bedroom and the other is 3 bedroom and they have huge grounds and come with a housekeeper and car. True, you don't have all the on-site services (so it might not appeal to you) but you can arrange scuba, sailing, kayaking and other sports on your own through the many vendors on the island yourself and save thousands of dollars. Spanish Town, where the shopping, outfitters and restaurants are, is 5 minutes from the houses and the best beaches are 10 minutes away. It takes about half an hour to 40 minutes to drive to the North Sound from there. The whole island is only 8 miles long and a half a mile wide in the middle.

If I have a Green Card can I cross the international border driving a car with Mexican Plates?

I have a Green Card and I plan to cross a Motorcycle that belonged to my unlce to the United States. Can I drive it accross if it has mexican plates?? Do I need a permit or something?? Any info would help...
