what i mean is, ive had my ex charged for damaging my car, hes damaged loads of my stuff but ive never done anything back before, also humiliated me for years so ive now done that to him, also reported him for car insurance fraud just like he reported me along time ago to the authoritys for something i did wrong and said ' well you shouldnt have done it', ive took verbal and emotional abuse for ages and i couldnt help but blow up cos id had enough. have i done wrong?

It is a little to soon to refinance but we went down to see if we could lower the interest rate and get our payments lowered. I have been monitoring our credit and according to Credit Karma it had improved a lot and was pretty good. Go down there and we cant. They use equifax to determine credit and our equifax score was way lower than credit karma which uses transunion. Quizzle uses experian. Is there any use to use these two? Everywhere I have applied for credit used equifax. Why even bother with them?

CreditKarma and Quizzle do not give you actual FICO scores. They are both Fakko scores. CreditKarma is generally within 50 points of your FICO. These sites only give you a general idea of how your credit/score is doing.

Not all creditors report to all three credit bureaus. Since the credit bureaus were once regional, certain areas of the country tend to use one credit bureau more than the others. You may want to pull your actual credit reports (AnnualCreditReport.com) and see what shows on each. If the same info shows on your Equifax and TransUnion reports, the CreditKarma score should be within 50 points of your FICO for either one. But it is very possible that the reports are different and that could mean a huge diffference in scores.

Can Tow Truck Drivers Follow You Home and Tow Your Car?

Hello all:
My friend was parked behind a business and there were no visible "No Parking" signs anywhere. However, a crusty-old security guard STILL called a tow truck to tow his car away.
As he was arguing with the security guard, I noticed the tow truck driver taking down my friend's license plate number.
He's worried right now and wondering if the tow truck driver can look up his address, go to his house, and tow the car from there.
I told him it might be illegal for them to tow his car from a different location; even IF he parked illegally in a different location and got away with it.
But he still parked the car in his dad's garage for tonight (he lives only a few houses down).

Now then, I want to know if I lied to him or gave him correct info. He's very scared and wants to know as well.

It is illegal to tow a car when there is not a sign warning or it is blocking an important entrance or something. Once you arrive to remove your car, then it is also illegal to try to continue to tow. Definitely towing from your house in secret is absolutely illegal, and you could sue the pants off them. They would like to make the money from towing, but I don't think they would risk towing from a home. They would lose their license for that. When the tow truck shows up, I would give him $10 or $20 for not towing. Otherwise he made a trip for nothing, and it is bad karma.

Q. I've been in the mental hospital twice and I've been diagnosed schizophrenia and take medicine on a daily basis, but I don't really have it. I just pretend I hear voices and stuff to the point where I really am starting. I'm really paranoid they'll find out one day but I can't just be like sorry. I've been lying all these years. How can you lie about hearing voices! That is a horrible thing to do! I bet you only did so you don't have to work and get Disability money, etc..

I hear voices from demonic creatures, Satan and Angels. I see spiders crawling all over my bed/wall. I feel bugs crawling over me. I see satanic minions in the form of large, cloaked, dark, hooded figures with no face. I see dead bodies floating in mid air. I smell rotting flesh. I see Shape Shifers and Zombies. I Dissociate. I can see myself from a-far. Like I am watching my own life. I feel myself dissolving sometimes. Other times everything will stop dead around me. Like time will stop still.

I believe the Government has bugged my telephone, put microphones in my air-vents, hidden cameras in my electrical sockets, SoftWare on my PC/NetBook/LapTop to stop me from deleting Internet History and KeyLoggers to read my E-Mails. I believe they have a spare key to my home. The Government send Police helicopters over my residence about 3 times a day to monitor me. Police cars always follow me. I believe that the Government colluded with the Doctors (when I had a Breast Reduction going from H Cup to D Cup) and put a device in my chest that reads my thoughts and tells the Government where I am.

The reason for them doing this is because I believe that I was sent to Earth by my real parents who are of another race. I was sent here to save Earth. I am immortal. I also have the power to talk to animals and the dead. The only reason I can say anything on here is because I am under alias. Nobody knows me here.

I personally think you are sick for lying about Schizophrenia. I tell you. It is NOT nice being diagnosed with such a disorder. People looking at you like you're crazy. I have taken to pretending I am on my phone when I respond to the voices I hear because other wise it looks like I am talking to myself. Why the Hell would you WANT to pretend you had such an illness? Who would truly want to be labelled a 'Schizo' unless you are in the U.K and you have been trying to get on DLA.

There are going to be some major crack downs on dishonest scroungers. You are taking away someone else's money that could have a genuine mental illness. Not just some dolt-headed moron who wants to claim extra money meant for people with disabilities just coz you don't want to claim Dole and don't have any intenion of working.

Well be warned. There is such a thing as Karma and it WILL catch up with you. The benefits people DO check on the Internet. They search Google and put peoples names in to see what sort of info is brought up. If they see what you have said then you'll get kicked off for sure. If it turns out you're not in U.K (which I suspect you are because Disability is a lot harder to get in U.S.A as I have friends over there on it) then you are still a total moron for lying. I can only think your reason for lying about such an illness is for financial gain.

Do police keep records of phone call complaints with license plate numbers?

Well I was rolling a joint in my car, and someone walked by me. They started calling the police and got my license plate number. I don't need lectures about marijuana, but I do want to know if when someone calls and complains about something, and provides a license plate number does that go on file. Like will they go to the address of the license plate or will it come up in the system when a cop who's behind me runs my license?

Un-fortunately No, they do not act on that. Unless it's a hit and run. There is no way they can get proof, so they do not acknowledge the call. Same thing if someone verbally assaults you. When People call and make reports/license plate numbers and it is not life threatening, the Police take the info., for the day and then it's gone. But don't do it again. Your breaking the Law and in time, Karma will come and bite you in the ass. What in the hell is wrong with you guys ? Doing Dope in the car. You got lots of nerve. Someday you will get caught and then remember the name---Karma.

There's no reason to call the police. At this point they more than likely won't even take the report. What exactly would you expect them to do with this limited info at this point? So, let's say you know it's a red car. Are they now supposed to pull over every red car that they see and check the entire car for damage? There's just nothing that can be done. Just file it on your insurance, pay your deductible, and believe in karma getting the person who did this to you.
