Where can I find info of classic muscle car owners in Colorado?

Stephan

Im looking for a popular website for classic muscle cars that a lot of Colorado guys use. I'm looking for 1969 Plymouth roadrunner 426 hemi that's black with a red stripe going down driver side. It was bought about 20 years ago in denver at a small auction for $500. Muscle car web sites or anything that owners use to chat would help me a lot.

Answer
First, a Hemi Roadrunner for $500? No.
Second, to find muscle car owners in Colorado, try Googling something like "Denver muscle car clubs". You could also try the Autos discussion category on your area's Craigslist.

Need info from all car owners with mods!?

Hi my name is Olie and im turning 17 later this year, i have got a part time job doing vehicle graphics.

Anyway i was just wondering if anyone knows how much it would cost (roughly) for a nissan skyline and some nice body mods (i dont need to worry about the graphic side of mods because i can do that all myself)

if any body has some good websites based for garages based in Leeds, UK that would also be nice

thanks in advance =]

Answer
Hey Olie

Best place to ask for local sellers and mods for your model is

http://www.skylineowners.com/forum/index.php

Get on the forum they have been a great help to me and other owners worldwide, and i never buy any mods unless i post a thread on there first,as i know i will get great true advice.
Its a free forum and free to join,Traders are on the site and will offer you discount on mods through being a member.
Which Skyline are you looking at getting with your age you may be best going for an R32 and even the GTS non turbo model its the same froup as the turbo version but nagging at insurance companies that its a non turbo and they cant charge you turbo prices does help.
The insurance will be high mine is and iam just in my thirties. and on my second skyline and owned a list of imports. But if you have the money there will be someone to insure you.And then you will be able to get the skyline smile.
Prices vary from a non turbo GTS around £1500-£2500 for a decent one ,and even without the turbo its still 155-165bhp and RWD and engine can be tuned.some owners have even added a turbo.Check its the Twin cam version as the single can version is slower.later non turbo models had the 2.5L non turbo engines also.
Other non turbo versions vary These come as the R33 GTS which comes as a 2.0L and a 2.5L non turbo and with all the years a four door version.and the estate version being the Stagea and the R34 non turbo being the R34 GT.Then your upto The turbo versions being the R32 GTS-T the R33 GTS-T and the R34 GTT then the daddies on the models without the limited versions the GTR specs.
As said all are group 20 but non turbo and single turbo models offer play with insurance.

Mods wise will depend on which model the forum members will advise which are best and which are best to stay away from, there is no point breaking your car.
