Two Amish people were killed in a buggy accident. A car hit them. Do you think the law
should make them give up their buggies? Should they have to build stronger ones? Those
are very frail. What is your thoughts?

My thought is the driver of the car needs to be charged with vehicular man slaughter. I lived in Kent Ohio and there are Amish near there, the buggies have huge orange/yellow reflective triangles on the rear of them and I mean it's a buggy with horses for God's sake, how can you not see them and hit one of those?
