Q. Because of the persistent ethnocentric nature of culture in these career tracks in America, there is an artificial barrier presented to American-Chinese Men. The White ethnocentric natures of people in Law, Business Administration, Construction, Big Four Accounting Firms prevent the inclusion and mobility of American-Chinese Men in these same professions. The only way American-Chinese Men to climb the ladder in these areas are to establish their own businesses as entrepreneurs. Other professions do not have this artificial racist barrier which include: medicine, engineering, architecture, computer engineering, technology, fashion, dance, art, dentistry. The common element is if the job requires speaking english in social settings, in running meetings, in public speaking, in controlling the executive suite, then white ethnocentric people makes certain the top circle is never penetrated by a yellow one. Shields are puts up to prevent American Chinese Men from entering these realms,not because they are not qualified, but because whites don't want to mingle with yellow ethnics in business parties and other social settings. This does not apply to pretty white women or pretty American-Chinese women. Why you may ask? Because both of these types of women is welcome for the same reason, eye candy helps moral in the office and also poses opportunities for fantasy and sex-episodes with them. The typical white ethnic male is groomed to recognize such opportunities with their job and position.

I am not complaining, nor am I jealous. I am merely stating my life long observations and want to help the up and coming young people. First you have to know how the battlefield of the work life is first, and then you are armed to penetrate it with a strategy. Good luck young folks, the yellow kind in America. Hope my post helps.
