I found this white Ford Mustang for sale, while i was looking for parking at my school. Its priced at $2,800 and its the older version of the new Mustangs. When I call for info what should I ask? Im a girl so I dont know much about cars! & the price sounds good!

Answer
1. do they have any maintenance reciepts that they could show you to prove the car has been taken care of?
2. how old are the tires?
3. has the car ever been wrecked?
4. Is the check engine light on?
5. Does is have a clear title?
6. Does it have recent emmisions testing papers(if your area requires emmisions testing)
7. When was the oil last changed?
8. Where does the car get taken when it needs oil changes/small repairs? Is there a mechanic who is familiar with the car?
9. Do the windows roll up and down?
10. Does the cruise control work (if equipped)
11. Does the heat/air work?
12. Has the car ever overheated? What was done to fix the car?
13. How many miles are on the car?
14. Does electrical components work well in the car? (door locks, lights on dash)
15. Do the headlights/tailights/blinkers work?
16. How old are the brakes?
17. Do the brakes squeel?
18. Does the car accelerate normally? If not the transmission might be going out!
19. Whens the last time the transmission fluid was changed?
20. When were all of the filters (transmission&oil) changed?
21. Is it an automatic or manual?
22. Has the car ever had a tune up?
23. Does the windshield wipers work?
24. Does the car leak oil?
25. Does the car idle smoothly? at what rpms does it idle?

these are just a few questions i would ask!
and if you buy it, you may want to get a tune up for it...get all the filters changed, all the fluids replaced.
AND ALWAYS RESEARCH THEIR ANSWERS!
like if they say the heat doesnt work, research why the heat doesnt work on the specific car you are looking at! This could help you see if their are going to be future problems with the vehicle and how much it might take to fix!

What are some things a teen could make and sell for their small buisness?

Q. I'm saving up for a car, and decided to start a small business on the internet. I'm good at making jewelry, and have actually sold my jewelry in earlier years. I'm not sure if people would actually buy my jewelry on the internet without seeing and touching the merchandise, so I'm currently contemplating the idea. Jewelry making and writing are my main talents, but I don't see a way I can make a profit off my writing ability. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Answer
You might try mixing both. A guide to younger girls on how to make specific items of jewelry could be good for community groups. Perhpas you could sell an ebook with a pattern to one of the pieces you make for a dollar. Or 7 pieces for $5. But make sure you give them something extra for free and include some testimonies from previous customers, or pictures of your jewelry.

Or you could sell kits to make the jewelry, or sell easy pieces for cheap as a fundraiser for pre-schools. Then there is ebay, yard sales/flea markets, and having others help you sell for a commission.

In terms of your writing abilities, there are a host of ways to use that to make money. You need to consult with a business strategist, check out some ebooks, or review some info on the subject on YouTube, eHow.com, SelfGrowth.com, ezines and other online resources. They massively abound right now.

Since the Internet is world wide and once you set up the process, you can make money at any time from anywhere.
