lol i just seen that on the news, i was cracking up when i seen the kid running from the car! he said he took the car for a sunday morning ride cuz he did not feel like going to church! i would be whooping some butt if that was my kid.......i can only imagine what he will be up to by the age of 10!

That's not normal. The reason that it was on the news is because it was a strange event.
If someone refuses to stop for police and starts running, usually they call every available car to chase them.. they want to make sure the person won't get away.
