My husband and I will be traveling to Australia for only about 5 days. There are a lot of places we want to go but have no idea how to get to any of them! Just wondering if theres is a bus system there or should we rent a car?

I wouldn't bother renting a car in Sydney for just a few days - especially if you are not use to high volume traffic.
There is abundance of tour buses/coaches, and the public transport system.

I dont know if J.C Whitney delivers to Australia or not. It depends on what you are looking for. Good seat covers and unique sound different to me.
You can get self-installed custom fit seat covers from JC Whitney for 2-300 bucks US. I bought a set but wouldn't call them unique. If you want to spend a bunch of money, I am pretty sure you can get custom made leather etc. but I have no company info.
Australia is one of the few places on earth I have a desire to see. I wish you luck in your search and sorry I couldn't help more.
