SARASOTA COUNTY â With help from the U.S. Marshal's Office, sheriff's deputies tracked down and arrested a suspected child molester on Thursday.
Deputies found Eric Miranda-Lopez, 28, in the 1100 block of 40th Street in Sarasota. Miranda-Lopez had been deported to Mexico in July by federal immigration officials.
He told deputies he re-entered the U.S. in September.
Now he is accused of child molestation, after a 10-year-old girl told detectives that Miranda-Lopez inappropriately touched her as she slept. The child told her mother, who confronted Miranda-Lopez on Thursday. He ran from the home before deputies arrived.
Miranda-Lopez is charged with lewd or lascivious molestation and is being held in the Sarasota County jail without bail. Officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement have also placed a hold on him, a precursor to deportation proceedings.

He won't get bail - he's got an automatic jail sentence for re-entry after deportation, even if they choose not to prosecute for lewd conduct.
As broken as the system is - as long as we have people who think the status quo is OK, nothing will ever get done.
Farmers - more like large corporations, get crops picked, prices are low. Low paid illegal workers help put up houses, prices are low. Neighbor who 'knows somebody' has his roof done, price is low.
And people who think they're 'just here for a better life' are happy too."

I would think one of you would give credit to the above site.
What I were to do to a person (man or woman) that I have witnessed committed physical or sexual assault would be different than what might occur when in public with a past convicted offender. But I assured it would be no different because of being illegal, alcoholic, religious old or young it would be because that INDIVIDUAL person has a twisted sexual desire.
If I saw these other recently arrested or convicted persons nothing would change, to me they are as deranged in some of their thinking as the "illegals" that you use in exemplification of "criminals".
