not at all, it just means that standards for new cars in production are higher. and super-cars and other high performance vehicles won't be scrapped, just reserved for recreation. no-one drives a Lamborghini out and about as an everyday grocery getter do they? no. they wait for the weekend. not all of them are scrub. there are also sports cars coming out now that run on alternative fuels such as the Tesla roadster and dodge circuit. clean & fuel efficient vehicles will be what saves awesome sports cars. lambo and Ferrari are Italian, they market to more than the us, so that's unlikely. hope this helps.
